Julia is a dynamic and seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of diverse experience in business development, operational management, coaching, and leadership. Driven by a passion for education and a commitment to fostering meaningful connections, her career has spanned roles as a head teacher, business owner, educational consultant, coach, mentor, and strategist.

As a multi-disciplinary project manager and problem-solver, Julia excels at navigating complex challenges and bringing people together to achieve common goals. With a disruptive mindset and extensive experience across profit and non-profit sectors, she brings immense value to organisations seeking to make a positive impact.

A natural-born leader, Julia speaks the languages of business owners, strategists, marketers, trainers, salespeople, clients, and investors. She is humble, driven, and values success over personal recognition, with the vision and determination to bring big ideas to life.

Currently, Julia serves on the board of Worcestershire Ambassadors and also acts as an independent foster panel member. She is also pivotal in the Worcestershire business community, facilitating networking, collaborations, and events, continuing to make a difference and inspire others across various fields.
